Meet Steve Neary, the Owner of Best Option Restoration of North Tampa 

Steve has a diverse background in construction and property management. Having been on the retail side of construction for most of his adult life, and more recently in the Real Estate business, he brings a wealth of knowledge to his firm. Steve has handled thousands of insurance loss claims while working on REO bank owned properties in over 12 states as an independent contractor. Fire, water and mold damage were his specialty. Negotiating with adjusters and clients to get the property back to its original condition in the most cost effective and efficient way, advanced his career in this field and expanded his service area to not only his home state but eventually take over a regional area. Streamlining the process from start to finish ensured the clients stayed informed and also kept the process on schedule and all parties accountable. Steve also has experience in the Property Management industry, successfully owning and operating a Property Management business servicing residential and commercial clients. Being a fully licensed Real Estate Broker, having a background in construction and having to maintain the portfolio of properties in the most efficient way possible, made his business excel in many ways. The business was successfully sold and is still in operations today. Recently, Steve has been in the finance world of Real Estate, holding several licenses for being a Mortgage Banker and Broker. Steve has funded over $100 million dollars in Real Estate transactions in his career in both residential and commercial deals over many states. When not at work, Steve has played golf since the age of 8, competing and winning several tournaments when time allows. He also enjoys fishing and boating as often as he can. He and his wife both enjoy the outdoors and enjoy living in an area where there are so many outdoor activities.
